My husband and were at the ER across the street with my father after a car accident for hours. We realized we hadn’t eaten the whole day and were “starving”. We had a short amount of time to grab food, I realize picking a sushi restaurant isn’t the staffs problem that I am in a rush, but I let the server know that we were in a bit of a “time crunch” and would like to order our appetizers and entrees right away. First, there were constant gnats at our table. We got our food which was great, but we had a bone in one of our rolls. We told the manager and he offered us a free dessert. Did not offer to remake the roll or discount the roll. He said that is all the owners would do for us. My husband bit into the bone and had to pull it out of his gum. Never once did the owner come by to ask if he was ok or if they could do anything for us. We are extremely disappointed with how the situation...read full review
Delicious food, however we order a Chicago Bears roll and it didn't arrive. We had to ask the server about the roll and they stated they forgot to put it in. We were not compensated for the mistake.
