“Great pizza, but dropped the ball with service on recent visit. This is one of our favorite places for pizza in the area, and we go there regularly. The food is always good, but today, we sat there for over 20 minutes without a single person stopping by to offer us water, offer to take our drink order or even just acknowledge our being there. It wasn’t even especially busy - most tables were empty. We gave up and went somewhere else.“

“This will be a long one. I have been to several different Applebees locations and have been very disappointed. Tonight, after years of not going my family and I decided to give them another try (first time at the Munster location). We happened to be at Cabela’s for Santa pictures and it was close so we were really only going out of connivence. I am so HAPPY we did. The manager at this location is phenomenal. She made the experience feel as if we were family. She was friendly, and responsive. Our server was a young sweet girl and was very attentive and effective. On top of that, our food and drinks were the best by FAR from all other local locations. We will defiantly be back! So glad we gave them another try!! We came on December 18th, 2025 around 8 p.m.“

“My server Irene was nice and very attentive. She suggested a couple of entrees. The Billionaires Bacon Burger was satisfying and the Sweet Potato Fries were delicious!! The Pineapple Habanero Wings were a solid 10/10. They also have the coldest Draft Beers I've ever had so that's definitely a plus. The atmosphere was comfortable. I genuinely recommend you give them a try.“

“Love love love the food. Their buttermilk chicken sandwich is to die for. Midwest steak sandwich is delicious. Their sauces/dressings are freshly made there and they are amazing. Z is the best bartender/server. Compliments to the chef.“

“I went there for the first time. The vibe, service and food was great. my only issue was the automatic 18 percent gratuity. it was only two people who had one drink each, burgers and appetizer. Our bull was 89.00. Also we were not given an actual bill we were just told our bill was 89.00. I didn't appreciate that and have never experienced that before.“
