Had a mobile order nothing too crazy. Pick up time 5:51 pm I show up check in via drive thru and told to pull into mobile spot 1…. At 5:50pm. Four cars are in line to get food so not super busy. I waited and waited another person pulls into the spot next to me at this point 25 min has gone by waiting. They get their food. I walk to side door where people walk out food. customer service in drive through on Saturday night was horrible. the line was extremely long due to dine in not open. I was playing with my grand daughters who were getting antsy in back seat and the guy came in speaker and says" look.i told you three times just a minute". that was rude and unprofessional since I was not even talking to him.
How could you say no to a dream circle covered ice cream cone?
