We didn’t stay in the hotel, but stopped in for lunch. It was a Saturday in October so there was a long wait time, but that’s to be expected. The service was good enough, the food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I wasn’t overly impressed with anything, but we had no complaints either. It was a good experience overall. I’ll probably go there again the next time I am in town.

Cute little restaurant with great service. We stopped on a whim to eat breakfast with a large group and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. The choices and prices were fair and decent. It had a little bit of everything for everyone at a reasonable price and everyone left happy. Service was also great!!

Average at best, good service but mediocre food.
The food was absolutely amazing. A little bit of a wait, but definitely worth it.

Food and drinks: Delicious home-made lunch. Not busy 11a on Sunday.
My husband and I just spent a couple of Beautiful Fall days in Nashville, Indiana. We stayed at the Artist's Colony and were so pleased with our entire stay. The location in town was perfect, our room was nice-with a balcony that overlooked a courtyard fully decked out for the season. The restaurant downstairs stairs was convenient and very tasty! The staff were all very nice and helpful. Thanks to all. Can't wait to return!
Walkability: Perfect location for walking anywhere in town
Noteworthy details: Very charming, very quiet, yet right in the middle of town.

My mom, sister and I stay here yearly to get our shopping on. We love staying in room 205 with the balcony view. The breakfast bar is delicious and the staff is always accommodating.

Rooms: Very comfortable room. Not much room in the bathroom for toiletries, but it was fine

My sister and I stay at the Artist Colony Inn whenever we visit Nashville. The rooms have a country look with great decor that fits right in the Brown County area. Having a dining room right downstairs is very convenient, especially on rainy mornings. The food is great too! We will be back!

We came in just for dessert and felt rushed. The apple crisp was just ok and very expensive. There was a very noisy child at the table next to us which isn't the restaurant's fault bit it ruined the experience.

I loved the authentic room decor. The mattress , pillows and towels are very lush. My room was very clean.
I did not partake in the breakfast buffet. For the price, it would have been wasted on me. I only have maybe one egg or toast in the morning. I wish I could have been able to order off a menu.
Rooms: My room was impeccably clean. The bed very comfortable. I loved the room decor. It was very appropriate for the age of the hotel.
Walkability: One can easily walk everywhere downtown, as the hotel is right on main street.

It was very nice. The atmosphere was great. We sat on the front porch outside. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We both had the potato bacon soup. It was very good and very thick. I had a grilled cheese and my husband had half a sandwich. It was a very enjoyable experience. I would go back.
