Hard Truth Distilling Co.

We had a group of about 20 celebrate my 30th birthday and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We had an individualized private experience set up by the experience staff that was truly lovely and unique. A great introduction to the distillery. The food and drinks were fantastic and we were able to accommodate a variety of needs within our group!! Thank you to everyone who made this celebration special!

My daughter and now son in law scheduled a wedding welcome party at Hard Truth the night before the big day. Darlene was the event coordinator and she went above and beyond to make this so special. We were on the patio, but she had a back up plan in case if rain. She had 3 dedicated servers for our party that were excellent, so professional but also friendly and helpful. From previous visits, I knew the food and drinks would be delicious and they were. The setting is beautiful and lots of room to break off to small groups and chat. I give this my highest recommendation, no matter the size of the party Darlene and High Truth Distillery will meet your needs!

Attended the Bourbon and BBQ sampling. This was a great event that had great food and spirits! We also loved the live music and the Bourbon Britches sounded awesome! We got to meet Jeff, the owner, who greeted us as we walked in and was so cordial! The staff was friendly and helpful too! We will be back!!!

Our first time visiting Hard Truth and it’s quite an impressive place. You can tour the distillery, get some yummy food and drink, and even listen to live music. We did everything except the tour, and had a great time. Will definitely be back!

Went to the Bourbon and BBQ event at Hard Truth with VIP passes. They did not disappoint!!! They has amazing vendors with smoked meats that were amazing and we voted on the competitors pulled pork, over 20 to choose from!!! Hard truth tasting for their new bourbon release along with their other bourbon and whiskey. They have other amazing spirits also, a great gin and smoking toasted coconut rum.... p.s. the restaurant food is on point too!!!

ATV Tour with Cinnamon was great! Learned history I didn’t know, samples were enjoyable. Tour was pleasant and great conversation! Would like to come back for a Tiki boat Tour!

We had lunch at the restaurant. Delish smash burger! Delish whiskey burger! Espresso Martini was well worth the $12.99!!!

Tiki tour- we had Andrea & Stephanie. They provided a fun atmosphere & gave great service! We enjoyed it! The pond is tiny, so maybe anchoring in the middle would be nice. The tiki bar had swings & sand! It’s a fun little spot to hangout! We had rain and it didn’t detour our fun.

We will be back to enjoy more things that the distillery offers!

This is the best restaurant not only for the food and the vibes but the service is INSANE. I attended an even there recently and there was an emergency and the staff was so amazing. Lori, Stephanie, Katie B, and Darlene are so amazing and were so helpful and kind. They saved the event and I appreciate them so much. They are beautiful people who care about their patrons. The food and drinks are fabulous too but the staff will bring me back.

Hard Truth has become a Brown County force of nature - events, cabins, tours, and more. The food and drinks are all tasty. The salmon bowl is a good portion and well prepared.

What an awesome place! I came with a group of 6 and we did the Get Lost ATV tour and stayed for dinner and drinks. Norah and Joe led our tour - which was SO fun. They did a fantastic job keeping us entertained while also sharing the history of distilling and Hard Truth. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but the drinks & atmosphere made it a 10/10.
