Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!

I'm not a coffee drinker looking guy. I feel like my slightly punky look makes me look like trouble. Especially in a trendy coffee joint. They ladies are super professional and friendly. I've had the opposite reaction in the "big coffee" shop.

Coffee Crossing is my go-to spot for a great chai latte. The staff is always super friendly, and they’ve always got a great playlist. It's a nice cozy place to sit and get some work done too.

I used to love this place. Right up until they started shoving the card reader in my face at the drive thru trying to make me guilt-tip them. I’ve got 3 screaming kids in the backseat and a newborn crying and I’m on the phone with the pediatrician. Can I just pay for my coffee and be on my way? I don’t always have the extra money available for a tip. I used to tip before, but now it’s just irritating. So here’s a tip: stop asking for tips. Coffee Crossing: pay your employees better. You can clearly afford to do so with all your new locations opening.
