If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Every single time we come to this location it’s always terrible. Long wait, rude workers. Food was disgusting. My crispy chicken was burnt. Fries weren’t fresh.

Came here on a Friday night at 6:45 and said they would be out of roast beef for the next three hours. I don’t understand how Arby’s can be out of roast beef.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employee at the drive through window was rude. The food was completely different from what I ordered and inedible. Cold, dried out curly fries. No jalapenos on the jalapeno sliders. And I received a Beef-n-Cheddar instead of a Regular Roast Beef sandwich. Being rude is one thing, but sending out disgusting food for $17 is criminal. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a chocolate shake. It's made with chocolate fudge syrup! Unlike many other places, I could really taste the yummy chocolate. Arby's is now my "go to" place for a shake!!!!
Excellent job crew, I went in today for the $7.00 Double beef and cheddar meal, to be honest I wasn't expecting much and boy was I wrong for that. I'm a big eater and the sandwich had the double beef and cheddar cheese and was made correctly, curly fries were hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and stocked and the crew was friendly and helpful. I used to work at this location about 25 years ago and I have to say I enjoyed this visit today. Keep up the good job and thank you for doing everything right ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Terrible service! I order a chicken sandwich online for pickup and relieved a box full of roast beef. I called and they wouldn’t even give me a refund unless I drove 30 minutes back to the store. The staff didn’t care that I recognized the wrong order or that they were screwing me out of my hard earned money!!
