I know no sandwich is going to be like the pics they advertise. I got the hot ham and cheese literally was shavings at the least amount. I will say the manager did take it and add more but even then it was a very small portion. Will I eat at Arby's again of course just disappointed.

This Arby's is terrible. Always LONG waits in the drive thru line. No point in ordering through the app in advance, these people do not have their stuff together at all. TERRIBLE.

This is the third and last time I ever eat at this Arby's. They have never got my drive thru order correct. Always missing something, they absolutely refuse to correct the order. I will gladly go to the state st Arby's. I love the food, and I am a regular customer. Please correct the problem on the Grantline location.
