The person answering the phone 5/10/26 was very rude. It was a male. We were trying to place an order online for like 10 minutes and it wouldn’t work so we called and the guy hung up on me. Very rude customer service. 1/10

It was obvious the service was intentional! I ordered two small pizzas and wings. I sat there for an hour and watched four people come in and place to go orders and five separate couples dine in after us. Every single person that came in after received their food and were still waiting. I’m watching the owner and others in and out the kitchen eating but still no food ready for my table. I inquired about the food and was told dine in and to go tickets got mixed up and our food will be out in four minutes. This is after an hour and I had to inquire about the delay on the food, not our waiter updating us on the wait time. Still not understanding how the entire restaurant inside and out was able to receive their food and we had to wait. I think not, this wasn’t making sense. I paid for our drinks and the wings we did receive and left. The owner said nothing and no one apologized. I was truly shocked they did us like that. I’ll stick to my usually location in Jeff, even though it’s the same owner😮‍💨.

Very Dirty place they need to clean this place up food in the booth food in the corners walls dirty.i looked in the kitchen while I was paying very dirty health Department needs to pay another visit.

I think the waitress was having an off day. Pizza was really good and I am super picky. Great crust, lots of toppings, sauce had good flavor. Will definitely go back. Huge salad selection, didn't get to try them this time.

I have gone to this establishment many times but today was one of the worst. The place was a mess when we got there. I thought they must have been very busy, I can understand that. What I can't understand is how Megan and the young dark haired girl with the New Albany sweatshirt shirt on could just ignore my daughter and I and continued leaning over the counter complaining. I finally asked the two if I could get a towel to clean a table and it was then that they reluctantly cleaned a booth. Megan did put in our order nearly 10 minutes later and then she just turned us over to Brittany. That was probably best as Brittany had arrived for work and she immediately began cleaning up the mess that Megan had been ignoring and waiting on the tables including ours, as other tables were being ignored by Megan also. The food was hot and Brittany was polite. Thank you Brittany for trying to salvage this visit.

The staff is terrible and so is the frat bro crowd that hangs out there. I waited 30 minutes to pick up a pizza and after being ignored the whole time i just walked out and went to pizza king.
