The Exchange hosted IU Southeast's annual Board of Advisors Dinner/Meeting and they certainly exceeded expectations. The space (The Tavern) was perfect, combined with excellent service and great tasting food made for an incredible event and evening. Our event went so smoothly. All the staff were ready on time and prepped with amazing food. The bartender was great, so fun, congenial and ready to mix what anyone wanted to drink. We would definitely hire them again.

I booked the courtyard at Brooklyn and the Butcher for a dinner meeting. Hannah and Charles were great to work with and made the process super easy! The food and service were excellent! If you’re looking for a lovely covered outdoor area for an event the courtyard is a great space!

I hosted a group dinner in the private dining space in June 2025. The entire experience was wonderful! The food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded my expectations.

Another fabulous time at The Exchange in The Stables for my sister's 50th birthday party! HIGHLY recommend! Food is great, drinks are awesome, staff is so friendly and helpful, and it's so easy to plan a party there. Everything was GREAT!!

Wonderful experience with the Exchange- excellent food, service and ambience! Great to work with in planning the rehearsal dinner and not only provided a very tasty meal but very pleasant to work with and the servers were well trained and friendly.

Thank you so much Charles for helping pull off the best College Graduation lunch for my daughter yesterday at the Exchange! You were so helpful to me with planning and organized beforehand and I really appreciate you working with us showing up early since the weather didn't cooperate for Graduation. We had family in from out of town and they were all impressed with the food, drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely use The Exchange again and hope that we get to work with Charles next time too! The bartender at the event (Sarah) was fantastic. She was friendly and accommodating and even made my daughter a special mocktail.

Victory Cruise Lines had a fantastic leadership team dinner at The Stables located upstairs at The Exchange. Thanks to Hannah & Charles for setting us up on short notice - a very efficient team! Our group of 16 enjoyed the option of the full menu and open bar with one of the world's greatest bartenders and server, Steven. Steven was entertaining, informative and made the evening flow with ease. Highly recommend for large team dinners when a more private space is needed!

I booked the Tavern Room at the Exchange in New Albany several weeks in advance. Hannah and Charles communicated with me every step of the way and offered much helpful advice. On the evening of our event, Charles there was to greet me and offered his assistance. We had two servers who did an excellent job getting drinks for our guests and cleaning tables. The food was outstanding. I had so many people tell me how good it was. The selection of beer and wine was also excellent. Everyone had a fabulous time and I was highly pleased with every aspect including the value of the final cost of the evening. Highly recommended!!!
