I started ordering catering for lunches a year ago through The Exchange. We order several sandwich options, the homemade chips, fruit and cookies. The price is competitive and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend The Exchange for their catering service. They are very easy to work with.

I used the Exchange to cater lunch for my monthly coalition meeting. The food was amazing and the staff made the process simple and stress free. I will use them again. The coalition gave the food a thumbs up!

We had a birthday dinner at Brooklyn and the Butcher with a group of 15, and they absolutely nailed it! The staff was super friendly, organized, and handled our large group with ease. The food and drinks were delicious ,everyone had a great time and left full and happy. Big thanks to the team at Brooklyn and the Butcher for making the night so smooth and memorable. Highly recommend for group dinners or any special occasion!

I had the pleasure of working with the catering team for a private retirement party in their downstairs room. From the beginning, the team was wonderful to work with - responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even when I had a few last-minute changes.

The service the night of the event was excellent. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the setting was just right for the occasion.

Overall, it was a seamless experience from planning through to the event itself. I would absolutely recommend them for any private event or special occasion.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I hired Brand Hospitality Events and Catering to help out with my daughter’s bridal shower - Tea with the Bride-to-Be on 8/30/25. I ordered several items off of their appetizer list that would be appropriate for a tea party. All were phenomenal! From the BLT deviled eggs, pimento cheese sandwiches, chicken salad slider, smoke salmon cucumbers and chocolate/caramel cheesecake bites….all were a HUGE hit! But what struck me most, was the work ethic and thoughtfulness of the staff working. I paid for 2 workers to help out the day of the event. It was the absolute best decision that I made. They kept the flow of the event moving and looked through the timeline thoroughly and even tested out the timing of the tea kettles, etc. to make sure all would run smoothly during the event. From the serving of the three teas, to the placing and serving of the food….everything was PERFECT! Before the event started, Charles went out of his way offering to make labels for the tiered trays and ran back to The Exchange to grab extra “to go” boxes for the leftover food so that guests could take a treat home. Charles wanted to make sure that the event was a success and even brought a 3rd person in to oversee and make sure all ran smoothly. I couldn’t believe the professionalism and thoughtfulness of all of the staff. They were so kind and my daughter, Reagan, even mentioned how while serving, all of the staff congratulated her on her special day. They spent time cleaning up afterward and helping out. The fact that they just saw things that needed to be done and just did it without bombarding me with questions….was so appreciated. I am so excited to have them catering the wedding in 7 weeks. I know I made the BEST decision ever. Thanks to Charles and Hannah and Crew at Brand Hospitality Events and Catering (The Exchange and Brooklyn & the Butcher).

The Exchange is a wonderful place to have a gathering. They accommodated our group of 35 so nicely! Staff was very attentive abcs met all our needs with smiles and great skill. The venue was so nicely set and the good was amazing with very big portions. We would use them for an event again!

The Exchange hosted IU Southeast's annual Board of Advisors Dinner/Meeting and they certainly exceeded expectations. The space (The Tavern) was perfect, combined with excellent service and great tasting food made for an incredible event and evening. Our event went so smoothly. All the staff were ready on time and prepped with amazing food. The bartender was great, so fun, congenial and ready to mix what anyone wanted to drink. We would definitely hire them again.

I booked the courtyard at Brooklyn and the Butcher for a dinner meeting. Hannah and Charles were great to work with and made the process super easy! The food and service were excellent! If you’re looking for a lovely covered outdoor area for an event the courtyard is a great space!

I hosted a group dinner in the private dining space in June 2025. The entire experience was wonderful! The food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded my expectations.

Another fabulous time at The Exchange in The Stables for my sister's 50th birthday party! HIGHLY recommend! Food is great, drinks are awesome, staff is so friendly and helpful, and it's so easy to plan a party there. Everything was GREAT!!

I can't say enough good things about the experience, working with Hannah and Charles was absolutely incredible. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made everything seamless. Wonderful experience with the Exchange- excellent food, service and ambience! Great to work with in planning the rehearsal dinner and not only provided a very tasty meal but very pleasant to work with and the servers were well trained and friendly.
