Depends on the crew of at the time of visit. There havent been bad experiences but there have been situations were some of the people are displeased to be there and only 2 people appear to keeping it all together.
The portion sizes have been great and the food is properly cooked.
Sometimes the drinks area is a little messy or someone would be listening to their phone full blast.
Good place and I think they can benefit from more consistency in the energy of the staff.

Ordered a large queso with a large chip and also another large chip by itself. Got home... both bags of chips were not full, and both bags were stale. Went back 3 or 4 days later and talked to an employee. They told me they make the chips for the whole day first thing in the morning. My bags that I got... she said they were probably not cooked long enough. I said... both bags? She said yes and that was it!! She never said I'm sorry or let me let you talk to the general manager or not even offer to replace them!!

I’m sorry but this was the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The rice was just a rock hard glob, the chicken was so burnt I couldn’t eat it, and I ordered extra protein and cheese and there was not extra

Chipolte doesn't disappoint. This location, the staff is nice , young and hip, food good, and also importantly it was clean. Definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. It's been months since the last time so we thought we'd give it another shot. Well, this is the last chance. We got chicken burritos (bowl for me) and the chicken tastes burnt. The rice wasn't fully cooked, pretty hard in the middle. The veggies were skimpy and burnt. So. Much. Cilantro! Overall, not very good. Considering how pricey things are these days, I'll spend my hard earned cash somewhere else for much better food.

They have cut back on the portions so much I won't be back. I wasn't allowed to talk to the manager because she was on break. The cashier was apologetic but the two younger ones (1 who put on the toppings and and the 2nd who joined in on the conversation) did nothing but blame corporation and said they were doing just like everyone else cutting portions and raising prices. That was definitely proof today! If you want a meal eating rice and sour cream this is the place for you, because you won't taste any of the meat or toppings that are barely added.
Staff are extremely rude and judgmental. Assuming the gentleman at the counter was training a new employee. If so might want to find a new trainer, unless you want all your customers to feel this way.

I have eaten here several times and I have a good experiences, but this past Monday was not one of them. I had a bowl with double chicken and later that night I got sick that was Monday night and it ended in the hospital today Saturday diagnosed with food poisoning so good luck to whoever eats here I will not be.

I love chipotle, but I think I’m done for a while. I couldn’t even enjoy my steak bowl because I was chewing nothing but fatty parts, they pretty much robbed me.

Not a fan, my son wanted to try it and 1 bowl was $15 everything cost extra. Guacamole $2.85, queso $1.85 and a side of queso $2.85 and you don't even get chips that cost as well. I feel it's overrated and overpriced. Different strokes for different folks yes I know! Just my opinion!

3rd time in a row having a shit burrito from here. The meat is cold. The tortillas are stale and curving up. They put them on the heater for no more than 2 seconds so they are still hard. When they roll the burrito they rip the tortillas in half and just try to stuff it back in. To avoid you seeing this they just grab another piece of aluminum foil and wrap it up. And charge $16 for this lol. Just go to Qdoba and save your money and get better food.

I go to this location a lot, and there’s been 3 instances where I’ve gone here a little over an hour before closing time. On 2 occasions they were out of all meats except one. Tonight I arrived at 8:55 (closing time is 10pm), I received the last of the chicken and they proceeded to tell all 5 guests in line behind me that they were out of all meats. I can understand 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but an hour? Do better chipotle.
