I went in to get a lunch to go. Once at the counter they were not helpful in giving recommendations at all. Once I decided on something they rushed me through the building my bowl process and simply asked if I wanted Queso and Guac. They made no mention of their sign that said that guac and queso was extra, on top of that the sign was words printed on the glass counter that blended in. Once I got through the line, my bowl and water was $18 something which is ridiculous. When I asked about it they were very rude and said it’s printed there (pointing at blended in sign). I noted that it was crazy how expensive it was and didn’t want to pay that; they made no effort to offer to make me another or any form of helpfulness. Again they were nothing but rude, I will be taking my business Qdoba or Salsaritas from here on out.

Terrible experience at this Chipotle location. Arrived when the restaurant opened expecting the food to be fresh. The chicken was inedible and charred to a crisp, assuming that it was leftover and reheated from the day before. Store Management seemed unfazed and could care less, and directed us to the corporate line. This Customer Service Representative also could care less. This is absolutely unacceptable, and will be dining elsewhere.

I recently visited a Chipotle location, and the experience was awful from start to finish. The customer service was incredibly poor—when I asked simple questions about my order, the staff looked at me like I was stupid and seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, the amount of food I received for the price was ridiculous. It felt like they were giving me tiny drops of food, and I was left wondering how they could justify charging so much for such a small portion.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location. It’s frustrating when you pay good money for food and leave feeling unsatisfied both with the service and the meal.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle in existence!
I ordered through the app, and was notified, “Ready for pickup”. When I pulled up; my order was not ready and I was told to come back in 5-10 minutes, because I was early and there were people behind me whose orders were ready.
I get order , check the bag for the appropriate amount of boxes; since my order is wrong every time I come to this location, and drive home.
When I got home; 1 box was EMPTY!! No quesadilla to be seen. ?
I cannot comprehend the incompetence of this location. Is it a lack of training, or do they just not care?
Meanwhile, while typing this; my roommate pulls hair out of her Fresh Tomato Salsa - she ate it. The salsa; not the hair. ?
Get it together Chipotle!

It was my first time visiting this chipotle since I live across the river and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had dealing with this franchise. I say that because while being the only person waiting in line it took over 5 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge me… and when they finally did they treated me as if I was intruding on their paid break time which made me feel uncomfortable. Also the portions were not fully filled to the brim. I ordered a veggie bowl and I was shorted on rice and a lot of vegetables so that was disappointing. Therefore I don’t see myself coming back to this location and would much rather stick to the chipotles I have near home. At least the customer service and portion sizes are better there.

Frequently order from here, usually via online order. Recent orders have had substantially less ingredients, even when paying for double. After you spend 5 minutes dealing with the ridiculous phone AI to get to the store, they simply tell you to call 1800 Chipotle or something for refund ... completely and utterly pointless. This used to be an easy go to meal but I won't continue to pay for subpar food.

So i dont go here often and honestly for this reason. On top of the guac being so nasty and brown/grey the chips were so stale they were soft and chewy. So thank you. Spent over $12 to just toss in the trash.

Haven't eaten at chipotle in awhile but I remembered it's usually pretty good so I gave this one a try. I got the bowl and man it was a tiny little thing. I told the lady working that was a small looking bowl and I got a generic dismissive response. Almost 13 bucks for a bowl that was less than half way full. Smh no thank you, qdoba for me from now on lol
