One person actually helping customers and 5 people talking and wiping down kitchen area. I wouldn’t think it takes more than a couple to wipe things down and then maybe the rest of the employees could actually help customers, yeah a real shocker of an idea, huh? I asked a lady if they were all clocked in a she nastily replied, yeah, then got short with me when I expected, here it comes….custoner service! Wow. Crazy idea, take care of customers, then clean up and socialize!!!

This location skimps on portion sizes. Which is ridiculous with how expensive Chipotle has gotten. I had to ask for more guac because the spoonful they gave me was tiny. It’s better to get guac on the side so you get a proper portion size. Also they’ve tried to charge me almost 2 dollars for a side of salsa. Ridiculous.

Everything is excellent except for the prices. It was almost 100 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids and I wanted to support my youngest kids school but there was some arbitrary way I had to follow to put in the code online but there was nothing there and when I brought the paper in with me for pickup there was nothing they could do to add it to the order so I felt swindled out of helping a school for a lot of money.

What’s the point of putting online orders behind the drive thru register so that I have to wait until a team member sees me standing NEAR THE HUGE FIVE SHELF 12’x12’ WALL INTENDED FOR THIS PURPOSE for me to yell my last name and then first name at them and they walk it ten feet over to me? This is the only location that does this. Six others I go to have them sitting where it should be, I walk in, pick it up, walk out, talk to no one and life goes on.

In addition to staff acting like they just need to pretend to put something in the bowl to take the customers money, meat in sofritas of a vegetarian, uncooked rice mixed with cooked rice and the constant need to tell the staff to actually put something in the bowl while ordering makes me never want to return.Meat in veggie items contamination should be enough to shut this place down.

Food is definitely overpriced!! Ordered 2 bowls and only wanted to give is one bag of chips. Asked for another bag and was charged. Ordered chips and queso, got charged and was only given the queso. For the price they acted like they didn’t want to really fill the bowls. And the bags of chips are literally halfway filled. Not enough for one bowl left alone 2 to share. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Awesome food & service but the overhead music is too loud.
Went for my very first time and i was highly disappointed. I paid 24 dollars for a bowl and a small queso. The queso had zero flavor. Tasted like water and flour. The steak in my bowl was full of gristle and flavorless. I will not be back. Service was fine, and the place was decently clean.

Prices are outrageous for food that isn’t even cooked and rice that is hard , you pay 30$ for a burrito a bowl with no drinks ! An you can’t even get warm rice and done steak . Don’t eat there .

The Carne Asada burrito was so so so yummy! Added the veggies, corn salsa, Guacamole, and shredded cheese. It was well big enough. I probably should have saved half for later but I couldn't. Guacamole was well seasoned. CON: Price?. Two burritos and two sodas were $42.
