This is the worst. I'm typing this as I've been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and at least 3 employees inside. One car got an ice cream cone and the other got a sundae 30 minutes later I'm ordering my blizzard, yes I waited for this blizzard. Will see how long it takes

It's chain restaurant ice cream, but it's good. Staff went above what I expect.

I stopped eating ice cream years ago. But yesterday I was was craving a blizzard. The guy on the intercom was very nice. But DQ doesn't have the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard anymore?. These friendly workers never heard of it. A sweet lady that was taking trash out, whom I think is Ms Karen (she's from Louisiana) tried to assist she came over to were I was and instructed the guy on how to make it. When I pulled up to the window I can honestly say those 2 young men and 1 young lady were working hard. I'm just blown away way at how nice and respectful tgey were. Yes mam no mam. It's not everyday I run into ppl their age that are so patient with manners. Good job DQ!!!!!

Omg I was in line of four cars for 45 min to get two sausage twin packs and an orange juice. When I did get them They were so hot from only being cooked in the microwave for too long. Just a note for the future. I understand if there was no prepared food because I have worked at dairy queen in the past. It should never take longer to get your food than if it were to be cooked at home. Also, when microwaving the food please don't put it in there so long.

Seems like I'm eating at a homeless shelter and I'm the only one that has to pay.

Never friendly. Guy working drive-up window at 8:30 last night, said nothing to me except how much my food cost. That was it. He didn't say anything when he handed me my drink, he didn't say anything when he handed me my change, he didn't say anything when he handed me my food. And the previous time I went to Dairy queen, and got home my bun and everything in it was so hot it burned my mouth. I've never had a pickle burn my mouth. Everything was so hot inside. They must have used a microwave on it.

Sausage biscuit was very small compared to the cost. It was overcooked and dry. Biscuit was the same way.

The lady that waited on me is awesome. Though the Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard had huge chunks of chocolate which were hard because it is a blizzard. I think the chocolate should be ground smaller. Other than that it's one of my favorites.
