Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a very recommend location. The staff is friendly, quick, and polite. The ice cream is perfect, and a Dairy Queen sausage biscuit was cooked just right, soft and perfect. Despite being busy, everybody worked together. Manager Alexis is very attentive, helpful, and professional. However, the floor is always sticky, there are never any condiments, and the wait in the drive through can be super long. The fries have been really soggy for the last year. It is the only decent burger in New Albany. A smooth drive-thru experience overall with accurate orders.
