Stop today - ordered a Sammy and was not reminded about a drink. I also ordered potato salad and a half pickle. I waited for 10 minutes- was handed a sammich and no pickle or potato salad. I asked the green hair person and he said sorry I didn’t hear you ask for that and walked off. There was a lunch line no way was I waiting again. I had already forgotten to order one and had to be rerang already. Maybe if green hair and chipped nail polish had also recommended a drink I would not have had to get into line again. Over all sandwich was okay tomatoes were old and lettuce was oxidized but hey I’m fat and hungry so I consumed it- but I’ll not come back.

I always order online and have my food delivered to the hospital along with my coworkers. Our sandwiches are always perfect, everything is always correct, and the delivery driver Murphy is always so extremely pleasant and positive. Every time we see him he has such a great attitude and smile on his face. He always reassures us that our food is correct, and tells us to have a blessed night. He goes above and beyond for us!!

Placed order online cause it said they was still opened and I get there for them to tell me that they are closed and it’s going to take 3 DAYYYSSSS to get my money back !!! Like are you serious I just placed the order online and now you’re saying 1 I can’t get my food and 2 now I have to wait for the money for three damn days ! Highly upset !!!!

First choice for when I need catering! Shae Marie has gone above and beyond every time to provide EXCEPTIONAL service. I always have difficulty with ordering catering online (at-least for the first time) and she took the time walk me through the menu and provide great selections. What impressed me the most was how she took the extra mile to communicate with me about the power outages New Albany experienced after terrible storms passed through the morning of my order and everything she was trying to do to have it completed by another store to still have ready in time.

I hate to write a poor review for a JJ location but the service i received was terrible. Today 28th of April at 1230pm my husband and I came here for lunch.
The two woman working were very unhelpful and rude. We chose to leave without ordering.

Came in today and got the gargantuan with no tomatoes and #6veggie , got home and I didn’t have a gargantuan in my bag, instead I had a blt. So I had to drive all the way back to get my sandwich remade and when I walked in they knew they messed up and knew my order so I waited and got my new gargantuan and drove home, opened my sandwich up and it had tomato on it after they asked me if I wanted no tomatoes so I won’t return to this location even though it’s the closest location
