We ordered catering for family Christmas and had a great experience. The food was ready right in time and was exactly what was ordered! Was delicious at home too! Staff were friendly, caring and professional! Would definitely order from them for a large event again!

Ordered through the app. Received notice the order was ready. Arrived to pick it up and the store was clueless about the order. We waited 30 minutes in drive thru for our food & not once did a person appear to explain why we were left sitting there. After 30 mins the server popped her head out the window, thrust the bag at us and walked off. We were the only people in line. The fries were burned deep brown and cold. No dipping sauce was given. No syrup for waffles. Really disappointed. We'll go to Popeyes or Lee's next time.

I’ve stopped eating at KFC for the past year and a half to see if maybe it’d get better as far as service and food quality goes. Truthfully the only saving grace is they still make their sweet tea worth it's value, but that isn’t enough to entice me back again after a year and a half break. Guess I won’t eat KFC ever again.

They never give you your sauces you request, at least one chicken piece will always be rubbery when you bite into it, they won’t give you utensils. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get condiments for your food that would otherwise be bland and dry, if not rubbery, and utensils for when you get something other than fries.

Doesn’t matter what KFC you go to, they’re all this way. It’s a shame a favorite from my childhood has become so garbage. The managers don’t care; they just say “sorry” and hang up on you without offering to make it right, and if you happen to get that offer, it’s STILL wrong the next time.

Very disappointed again I always get the fill up box and some thing is missing. I order 2 breasts 2 thighs 2 drums and I pay extra for it but never get it right.

Missing 3 items from drive thru. Didn’t notice until I got and sat down to eat. Store didn’t answer call. I’m livid.

The food is delicious but it's hard to see at night and when they're busy it can run a bit slow. I even ordered ahead online and had a pickup for 7pm but I ended up sitting in the drive through until 7:25pm
