I’ve stopped eating at KFC for the past year and a half to see if maybe it’d get better as far as service and food quality goes. Truthfully the only saving grace is they still make their sweet tea worth it's value, but that isn’t enough to entice me back again after a year and a half break. Guess I won’t eat KFC ever again.
They never give you your sauces you request, at least one chicken piece will always be rubbery when you bite into it, they won’t give you utensils. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get condiments for your food that would otherwise be bland and dry, if not rubbery, and utensils for when you get something other than fries.
Doesn’t matter what KFC you go to, they’re all this way. It’s a shame a favorite from my childhood has become so garbage. The managers don’t care; they just say “sorry” and hang up on you without offering to make it right, and if you happen to get that offer, it’s STILL wrong the next time.

The food is delicious but it's hard to see at night and when they're busy it can run a bit slow. I even ordered ahead online and had a pickup for 7pm but I ended up sitting in the drive through until 7:25pm

Ordered on the app and it was not even started. The order was incorrect and I was given an eye roll when taking back the wrong bowl to correct it. It took so long a man walked out without ordering. An older lady who was in uniform aimlessly walked around... came to the counter twice and said nothing.
I don’t care what time you go they are always out of pot pies and or chicken. Is it that difficult to make sure you have you have food cooking when you’re almost out. 💡💡💡💡Worthless!!!

I asked for all drums and was told they could do it and did not get that. The chicken i did receive was dry, and had an abnormal amount of bones in it. Also, when the lady open the drive thru door I got a big gust of weed smell flow into my card. Idk what's going on there but something needs to change.

I spent $33.69 for an 8 pence tender meal with an extra side. My extra side was missing and my biscuits were missing. The tenders were pencil thin. I hadn't been to KFC in s long time, now I remember why. The new Albany, Indiana store is awful. Your prices are outrageous now and the food was mediocre. No more kfc for me, thank you.
