This pharmacy is so understaffed that the phone will ring 50 times or more and no one will ever answer. When you call customer service for the main store it will ring 50 times and no one will answer it’s either a zombie apocalypse or the store is closed they never answer their phones

I paid for groceries for someone in front of me and mine. I contacted them 3 days after explained the situation was told to dispute it with my credit card I did dispute it kroger came back and said that the card was made at purchase so the credit card told me that this kind of fraud was happening a lot at the grocery to call kroger try to get a receipt for the full purchase and request the customer number my credit card was made with. I called kroger they explained three different times to wait they was going to refund my credit card the refund process took 10 days ! three times they told me this I call back again after 7 calls to kroger. they tell me i'm incorrect and they are not going to refund me for the other persons groceries and send me an unreadable receipt. so after my time and after 3times kroger said they would refund they come back and say they can't do anything it's your credit card

Security guard James is hands down the nicest and friendliest ! He always welcomes my husband & I at the New Albany ,Indiana store and makes us feel welcome. I actually look for James when we shop there because he makes the trip more enjoyable. Thank you James , you rock and I hope that Kroger knows how lucky they are to have you as an employee!

I have to say this Kroger is Absolutely Awsome and their workers are beyond amazing to me and I'm so thankful to them!! They take alot of crap from rude customers and shouldn't habe to but still wait on them with a smile and helping hand. As for me today, I'm here getting few things I need and let me say I am not tech savvy to say the least. I didn't know how to do the digital coupons, was lost, the young lady at service desk walked me through downloading and the young lady, my cashier Kaylee walked me through how to use it at checkout. Want to thank them alot for helping me today. This is reason I always shop here...

Short staffed, long check lanes. Most cashiers not even attempting to assist with bagging groceries. Traci (our cashier) had a horrible attitude, and did not make an attempt to assist, and when I didn’t immediately stop bagging my own groceries to pay got rude. Even worse there were elderly shoppers and parents there alone with young children and she didn’t move to assist them.

Just heard from a handicapped individual that gets about half way through the store and electric cart dies. Also had reports of several family members playing on them. Could you assign one person to ensure that they are used by the appropriate people and battery will last minimum of 40 minutes. One elderly lady got hers out in the parking lot where it died. Complaints have been against Kroger State Street, New Albany and Kroger Grantline New albany

Clicklist is not dependable. Groceries not ready at pick-up time or even on the same day...one time I waited and hour and a half because they had one person bringing groceries out! Can't do it any longer...I've been burned too many times and management does nothing but offer excuses instead of either fixing the issues or making it right for the customers.

Multiple poor experiences with Clicklist at the State Street location. Ordered my groceries, not ready, no one called, told me to come back the next morning. Today takes the cake though and I am done with this Kroger after today. They called me at 8:30 this morning to tell me my 10-11 order wouldn’t be ready until after 12. So I get there at 12:45 and check in... wait... about 15 minutes go by and they load the car that had just pulled up behind me so I call and they tell me

I sat in line for Kroger click list for one hour. My pick up time was 5 to 6 PM.It took me three tries to get a hold of the people inside. They finally answered and told me that my order was not ready at 5:58 PM. The only answer I could get was that they were busy. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this pick up service.

I went to return the smoothie today and spent 30 minutes to check the expired food for them. I only checked the yogurt section and had already found 4 expired products. Once upon a Farm is a kid’s smoothie. It has been expired since February and has mold on it. I cannot imagine if a kid drank this expired smoothie.
