The outcast was a perfect evening from start to finish . Our food was deliciously outstanding full of flavor. Compliments to the chef . Our server Tye was outstanding and took care of all our requests and needs as if he were serving royalty. We loved the decor . I was celebrating my birthday and thank you for making my celebration special.

This place was pretty great, although not everything was for me... Let's start with the ambiance - it is great! Not what you would normally assume from an Oyster bar. It was relaxed, not stuffy, and the music choice was A+. The service was phenomenal. The evening bartender waited on us and I find that it was such a treat. He had full knowledge of the menu and made wonderful cocktail pairing suggestions. We kept the food selection pretty minimal since we went for the oysters. We tried every oyster on the menu and had our favorites but were not disappointed with their freshness and flavors. The describe each oyster with perfection. We decided to order their calamari and chicken fried oysters as well. While these were not for me, my partner loved them. While I like calamari steak, I was not expecting this for the calamari appetizer. The taste was their but a little too much for me for an app. The chicken fried oysters came with really tasty grits but the oysters itself and the roux in the dish had a peculiar taste. I want to say it was the bits of ham (?) in the dish. It wasn't for me but again, my partner loved it. All in all, I would go back for their fresh oysters, to try different dishes and have a few more cocktails. The experience was good and my qualms with the dishes are not complaints.

We go here often and sit at the bar. We usually receive friendly service. We like to eat at a lot of different places and are always trying to find new spots and yet we still come back here. However, we were thinking about going tonight and I just can’t get our last experience out of our mind. We came in and the hostess was there (picking at a scab on her ear) and asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t. We usually sit at the bar. She said they had a private party that night in the bar and it wasn’t available. She also told us that they had upcoming reservations for the dining room and could not accommodate. She told us we could sit outside. (It was very hot) She told us we could sit at the oyster bar. We both said no at the same time and left. It wasn’t her words. It was her attitude. She was very dismissive and rude and just not welcoming. We would have taken the oyster bar seating from a friendlier person. Anyway, we went down the street. They also had a private party and reservations. They allowed us to sit at a table seating 10 and let us know the reservation was in an hour. No problem. The manager, the chef, and the waiter all served us because they were obviously understaffed and “making it work” for us. That’s how you do it guys.

If you love oysters this is your place! They always have around 8 different types of oysters. The peel and eat shrimp are good steamed or chilled. They have a great happy hour for oysters and margaritas!

Nice spot to enjoy drinks and bites with friends-professional service - oyster was ok but could improve to avoid shell bits and retain the liquor in the shell when serving. Fanny Bays were surprisingly small for the variety based on experience elsewhere.

This restaurant has a fantastic ambiance. The restaurant is clean, open, easy to get around and has a nice decor. All of the staff was attentive, professional and competent. Our waitress was amazing! The food quality was exceptional. We had 8 people and had a variety of items off the menu. Everyone liked what they had and commented on the freshness and quality. I highly recommend this as a fun, quality place to enjoy any meal.

We love Outcast so much. My boyfriend and i have been in 3 times now for milestone celebrations and we’re always so pleased with the service and quality of food.
Today, after a long day, i wanted nothing more than fresh oysters and a good margarita. I almost cried when the food came out because it was so perfect and made my heart so happy. Landon took great care of us at the bar seating area.
They have incredible happy hour special- $2 oysters, $5 margaritas. Truly such a gem. Outcast never misses- thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

The crab cake appetizer and the blueberry bread pudding were great. As for the meal… we had the fried fish, shrimp and oyster with fries and slaw. The meal over all was descent except for the fish. The fish supposedly cod, was way over breaded and the fish was mush. Absolutely horrid. I’m thinking it being cod is a fib. Long John silvers is hands down better fish. Do better. I wanted to love this place, but won’t be going back.

This place isn't bad by no means but they are ridiculously overpriced considering that multiple restaurants in the area offer all you can eat crab legs for about 75% less than this place other than that it's not too bad
