Drive through order 3 Greek salads with chicken, 2 French bag sides, 1 chip bag. Very little lettuce, which was brown around edges. So disappointed and embarrassed had guest. By the way this is the second time with no chicken on an order. that's an expensive mistake for 3 salads.

I ordered my favorite salad for myself and spouse. Neither salad had one of the featured toppings, Fuji apple chips. The dressing portion was a teaspoon or less. Felt cheated. 😔

Initially I was not going to write about my greasy croissant, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. I figured someone was just a little heavy-handed with the butter. But when I arrived home to eat my cinnamon roll, I decided now you need to say something. The roll was so hard that I had to use a knife to cut it and chose not to eat it. I called back to the store and Stephen answered the phone. I told Stephen the above and he offered to mail me a voucher for the cinnamon roll. I told him that the croissant wrapping paper was drenched in butter.

Ordered crssnt Toast Sandwich it was supposed to have arugula and being a vegetarian sandwich that was the main ingredient and it wasn’t even on there. WOW is all I have to say. The latte was good though.
I was waiting for my order inside at the pickup counter and had nothing better to do than watch the person that is behind the register making baked goods. They were wearing gloves. While wearing the gloves they messed with their headphones and personal phone for minutes and went back to reaching into containers with the SAME gloves on. I get that the baked goods will be heated so gloves aren't really necessary. But the amount of other food items this person touched while wearing those gross gloves is wild.

Good quality healthy food ? here just way too expensive ?? Mac n chs 7$ lil bowl is absolutely ridiculous. Live the pick 2 meals deals for family of 4 usually spend 37$after tax

Went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes. Then I was told to go wait in spot #1 and waited another 20 minutes. Btw I only ordered a sandwich. There was some lady screaming mean things at her little kids in the parking lot and everyone could her hear. Finally I got fed up and went inside and my order was sitting there. Went back out to the car and its was just the sandwich no chips like I ordered. Then got home to eat the sandwich and it was the most disappointing thing ever. This is a chipotle chicken avocado melt. Notice how there is hardly any avocado. Very disappointing never coming back. And it was $15 (no drink)

The only redeeming quality is the delivery driver, Juan. He was prompt and kind.
Ordered chicken noodle soup. Received only a cup of broth, no chicken or noodles. A couple carrot slices and that was it. Also ordered a Caesar salad, no chicken. Received a soggy bowl of iceberg lettuce, filled with chicken, no croutons.
It's not the end of the world of course, but when you're sick and Panera seems like the best delivery option, it's more than disappointing to have spent $25 and end up still being hungry.
