Not sure what's going on with this chain. The prices are higher, the sandwiches smaller, the soup tasteless. The you pick two is now $13-16. Soup in $6. For the small cup. It's gonna be Jimmy John's for me next time.

What a mess at this store. Manager talking down to employees like they are stupid. Rude to customers at the counter. Out of stock for 5 different salads, and the list goes on and on....... After waiting for 15 min for a soup and sandwich, they gave me a salad instead of soup. This location needs help!!!!! Avoid it if you can!!!!!This was the sandwich we received and 1/2 cup of soup. Was this worth $15???? NO!!!!!!!

First time here. Had a gift card, your kiosk said swipe and there is no place to swipe. I asked another customer for help, he could not find anyplace to swipe a gift card either. No big deal I go to counter…nobody at counter, wait and wait. Grumpy, homeless looking employee filling drink station tries to get help to come to counter, at least 3 people say no to him. I waited another minute or 2…another employee joined employee at drink station, no one ever came to the counter. If you only want drive thru or on line ordering, just say so. I had a book with me, thought you’d be a good new place in town, I left without being waited on.

I have too many great things to fit in this post. Staff has always been amazing. I love that you can get a half sandwich and salad. There are so many places I go between a sandwich or a salad and get stuck with one or the other. This way, you can try both! The kitchen sink cookie is my weakness! So much to choose from whether you want breakfast, lunch, deserts, teas, or need to feed a group.
Teriyaki chicken bowl was the same portion I give to my infant son…. The managers did nothing about it . EVEN THOUGH ONE OF THEM SAID IT WAS THE HALF SIZE. -10/10 would not recommend. Left pic is what I got vs what I was offered.

I ordered carry out. Two sandwiches- tuna with onions and mayo only, and a turkey bravo as it comes; two soups, cup of fruit, 2 bottled waters and spent 53.41. My turkey bravo had NO TURKEY. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone was never answered. I will not go back.
Breakfast is great. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Easy parking.

They do not get online orders correct. This has happened more than once. When you call in an attempt to resolve (I waited until a non-busy time, as instructed) no one will answer the phone. Impossible to do business with. I give up.

I stopped at this location driving from another state. Cashier Haley was rude and my order was not complete. After arriving another 50 miles later I found my sandwiches were not included in my order. There receipts says accuracy matters if your order is not right let a manager know. I placed several calls to the number provided with never any answer the line would just disconnect. Not worth my time to travel back to this location.

Walked in to speak to a manager, she completely ignored me, walked pad me twice and looked as if I annoyed her... she seemed more interested in conversation with her friend THEN A CUSTOMER... she had big black glasses and a black vest on.
