Kinda been unhappy with papa johns for a while now. But it was usually better than little Cesar’s. Since the new Albany papa johns caught fire we thought well, maybe they will re do it and the pizza will be better.. WRONG!! It’s worse, I would have rather went to little Cesar’s 🤨 the crust is different and the pizzas were very bland the works barely had anything on it. My pepperoni pizza was supposed to have extra cheese but you could clearly tell it was barely one layer....read full review
Management here is so fantastic. Last night, I tried placing a delivery order and the app kept saying it wouldn’t go thru and to try again later. This morning, my husband went outside and saw the order on the doorstep and I checked and I was charged for it, so there was clearly an issue with the app. I called up and spoke with a manager and he happily replaced my order!!! Super friendly staff and I recommend them 10 fold :)
A 5:45 future delivery just arrived at 6:47. The store told us that it was on its way once it was 30 min late. Then they stopped answering. Order was placed online at 4pm.
The corporate phone number doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. Really unimpressed with the direction of this company and this store. This has happened on our last two orders.
