All signs said open at 11. Then went there 1120 walked in and he said what time is it? I said 1120 said we open 1130 sorry. Very bad service will go somewhere else

I want to give a high praise to the young man that was working December 8th at the New Albany Indiana outlet, even under immense pressure during a extremely busy time, he was professional and courteous even though several of his customers were not, I do not know his name, but he should be rewarded for his courtesy and professionalism during a very high stress situation. Young Man, you are a stellar example of what customer service is all about. Very good job.

I picked out so much bad lettuce from the salad I paid $8 for. I know lettuce wilts quickly but to serve this is unacceptable, especially since I ordered it made to order. Never again.
I also ordered my pizza special and they put black olives instead of green.

Ordered online for curb side pickup, was to be ready 5:21. The reason for my curb side was I have Covid. Once I arrived it said to call and let them know I was there. Called 5 times no answer. I had to go in to the store which I do not mind, but having Covid I did not want to. I ask if they was answering the phone she said they did not have time they was busy. I said that doesn’t help with curb side. Pizza was not ready but it did not take them long. The girls was nice enough but this is a manager’s issue with scheduling and have the people there to work. Not for sure I would go back to this location again not just because this the parking is terrible with
chik -fla there.
