I don’t know who the guy who was working the grill on 12/9 (night shift) but I heard dude bragging to his coworker about “that’s how you make a chicken teriyaki the right way.” Sir, I’m not sure what the “right way” was or what you did but that was hands down the best sub I’ve gotten from this location in a long time. Hats off to you!!

I used to be the biggest fan of Penn Station but now in good conscience I can’t go here any more. The food is too expensive. The place is shortstaffed and workers are visibly not happy. I don’t blame them because the pay is shit, 12/hr. Wait 30 mins for $20 for a regular sub,fry and a normal drink is outrageous!

if you do not have a half hour or longer to wait for your food to be cooked this may not be a good place for you to come at 4 o'clock in the afternoon

The store is dirty, managers are rude. All employees including management are on drugs and doing them at work. Roaches can be seen in the store. Managers have their boyfriends and family working for them and they are very rude and disrespectful to their regular employees. Will never go back to that place and will make sure to let everyone know not to go there. This is the state street store!

Great sandwich, made right. We were the only ones there so we got our order placed and received pretty quick. The area was very clean and well maintained. Pleasant visit ?

Whoever was making the sandwiches on 4/12/24 needs additional training on what goes on the sandwiches. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu without lettuce and they left off the cheese and honey mustard as well.

This Penn Station is the worst I have visited so far in the USA. Rude service, disgusting tables, and hair in your sandwiches! Along with cockroaches in the bathroom! I tried to give this place a chance again after my first 1 star review but I can tell this place has not changed in a year! Save yourself the time and money!

Staff is not the best but the subs make up for it. They need to be more, or at least act happy in front of the customers.
