Told them no ice they gave me extra, steak stunk and all bread...no frys cause putting two things together when it's you job isn't required! Good luck I won't be back

Walked in to pickup up mobile order. There was no line of people. 2 members of staff were making sandwiches/fries while the other guy was walking back & forth, baking bread...NOBODY acknowledged me the first 5 minutes I stood there. The girl seemed put out when I told her I was here for a mobile order. It pained her that she was going to have to make my fries. Good service has left the fast food industry.

Throwing sandwiches together not placing the meat , cheese and sauce even... Horrible having to take the sandwich apart and even everything out to eat it

I recently ate at the New Albany Penn Station for the first time. I got a Philly steak and It tasted pretty gross, the whole grain bead was nasty the cheese looked microwaved it was two pcs of open bead w/a small layer of cheese and steak of both sides the ff were soggy but they tasted ok .

Never going here again. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant for the wait. My sandwich sat on the counter while this girl looked at it several times and did nothing and finally seemed to conclude it was time to put it in a bag and give it to me. Cold sandwich for a 20 minute wait.

Employees where openly and blatantly being racist as they discussed how much they loved president Trump. Never eating here again, Racist and fascist have no place in America

Was better, has lost alot of Quality

Why do people even go here. The sandwiches have barely any meat on them. Go to Jersey Mike's instead. It's so much better, and you can actually see the meat on the sandwiches.

Usually go in and food is great I got 2 sandwiches 1 was chicken cordon blue, and got a reuban, the Reuban I'll never get again it was well I ate 2 bites threw the rest of mine away, the other sandwich was about the same she threw
hers away. We'll go back but not getting those

I ended up coming in here in the middle of a huge rush. I wasn't sure if that would be good or bad but as it turns out they rolled through quite a few orders in impressive time and my wait wasn't really that long. The food was also excellent, and something I wish we had in our area. Overall it was an excellent visit!

Value for food was horrible, 40$ for 2 sandwiches, both Philly cheesesteak one regular one large and the large was literally 1 1/2 inches longer then the regular, ordered extra meat and cheese on the large and the regular was bigger around. Also the store was out of mushrooms. I won’t come back to this location again, I could of went to McDonald’s and got 4 quarter pounders with cheese for less money!

Ordered Philly cheese steak. This isn't it... so tired of every place around here messing up food.
