Whoever was making the sandwiches on 4/12/24 needs additional training on what goes on the sandwiches. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu without lettuce and they left off the cheese and honey mustard as well.

This Penn Station is the worst I have visited so far in the USA. Rude service, disgusting tables, and hair in your sandwiches! Along with cockroaches in the bathroom! I tried to give this place a chance again after my first 1 star review but I can tell this place has not changed in a year! Save yourself the time and money!

ROACH INFESTED. Place is disgusting.. we saw roaches in bathroom went to get $$ back and there was a roach crawling on the counter where you order. Manager just squished. Then there were roaches crawling on the floor while people were eating. How can people eat in a place like that. There was one on a guy's shoe. So guess he's taken it home with him.

Service was slow since we were the only ones in the restaurant. And then my food wasn't exactly how I ordered it . The ketchup in the dispenser was runny and so strong of vinegar that you couldn't eat it. It took your breath away.

Messed up order on one of the two sandwiches they said it was not on the ticket ,had to show the ticket, and had to ask for fries . Brought order to table and almost slammed it down , no thank you ...
