what the hell did i just walk into, bathrooms are disgusting, the older looking lady could care less to be there or take my order, food was cold, waited 6 minutes for luke warm fries, red beans and rice portion was tiny, corporate shut it down there's no point anymore.

i went tonight and the lady at the window was taking forever to answer and when we pulled up to the window she snatched the money and i told her have a nice night and she gave me a face and closed the window, and also she told me they only had mild chicken mashed potatoes and red beans and rice, that’s it

Then told me to pull forward and I waited about 15 minutes before my food was brought out. It was 2 items including the drink.. and it was an online order. Should’ve been ready when I got there.

Was in drive through line, their employee was getting into it with a customer and went into dinning area to try and fight the customer and the manager did not a damn thing and basically let it all happen in front of other customers. Very unprofessional as a manager. When I called to speak with him about how unprofessional he was, he hung up on me. Not an apology about seeing it happen. He didn't handle the situation at all.
