I have been coming in for breakfast and have always been greeted with friendly people and fresh food. It's a great on the go meal and left overs make a fantastic lunch!

NEED To Teach the employees about respect and how to act! I spent $42 in food to but got home to Wrong food, it was a different order. I don't understand how they messed it up. But that is not even the bad part of it. I brought the wrong food BACK to the store and ask if i could get the right oder but the woman in charge said NO And that there was no way they messed up! I was shocked at first. The other workers had no problem fixing it. The only one had a very bad attitude was the boss woman/ in charge. She was short older woman with glasses.soo very rude to say the least. Get real they messed up & give me the wrong food then tell me I have to eat it that she will not fix it. .. one of the other employees act as if she didn't hear here so she went ahead and replaced it but the manager comes bad out to say she is only doing it this time. Well I won't be back if she's there. I spent 40$ two or three time a week at this store. I will take my business to a different one unless they address her to change.. good luck. Bad bad. manager/ boss

The service was Unacceptable. The employees were not welcoming as well and they would hardly put toppings on your food and have an attitude about it.

Came in on Monday around 1pm to 2pm. The workers were absolutely partying and had a blast to the music. I love that vibe, and it definitely makes the environment so much better. It's a nice little reminder to how great humanity is even though there's so many negative things and crazies.

👏 We came in just now 3/9 @ 2:20. It was great! The workers were polite. Our bowls were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and clean. The rice had a wonderful lime taste. 10/10 and this is the qdoba closest to our house. I’m very pleased with it, we stopped going to the chipotle down the street bc they burn their chicken.
The workers are wonderful people with excellent service and amazing food always love coming here

****UPDATE**** Qdoba reach out quickly and apologized for their workers actions. I have updated my stars due to their customer service response. I don't need anything for them to make it right. It means a lot to know they took the time to listen. **** We were greeted with someone who was clearly having a very bad day. She was rude and rolled her eyes when we asked any questions. She didn't treat her co-workers kindly either, as we was also short with them. This Qdoba is convenient to our home but we will drive the extra few miles from now on for better service.
