She made great recommendations and we decided to get the extra large obviously we could not eat it all and took some with us, but it was fabulous so many things included on that one! I cannot name them all we loved it! Highly recommended you give them a try and ask for a young lady server by the name of Heidi!“

“Food was great like always ! Service from front counter girl was alright but could been better . Service from the young blonde hair man that was cooking is who delivered our food to us and he was very friendly . I had to go up and try to get dranks girl got snappy with me said we are making them we will bring them to you . I sat back down couple minutes later dranks was brought to us . I had to go back up again and get plates and napkins from same girl . Which this time she was talking on the phone . I spoke up and asked for plates and napkins she rolled her eyes and then grabbed some and handed me some . I went set down and ate . The cook that delivered pizza to our table came checked on us asked how was the pizza and seen if we needed anything . We thanked him and told him pizza was great and we was gonna need a box he grabbed us one and thanked us for coming in . Lot of memories going here over my younger years . I live 2 hours away now so I dint get to visit aa much as I would like . It was nice to enjoy a great pizza with my mother while I was in town .“

The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

“We were staying at the Aloft hotel, so we ate dinner at Corner one evening, and returned for late-night drinks at the bar twice. The burgers were excellent, and we were surprised how fast we received our food. The waiter and bartenders were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. “If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would! Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We originally placed an order through DoorDash, but the driver canceled and claimed the restaurant was closed. To our surprise, the owner personally called to apologize and made sure our order was completed. That level of care and commitment to customers is something you rarely see. My boyfriend went to pick up the food, and the owner went above and beyond—he even gave us two personal cheesecakes as an apology! And despite the fact that DoorDash had already canceled and refunded our order, the owner wouldn’t let us pay. He said he would handle the issue with DoorDash himself. The next day, I even called to check because we wanted to come in and pay if DoorDash hadn’t resolved it, and the owner reassured me he was taking care of everything. That kind of generosity and customer-first attitude is absolutely incredible. When he got home with the order, it was just as impressive as the service. We ordered the breadsticks, the combo pizza, and the Cup N’ Char pepperoni pizza. Everything looked and smelled amazing, and the taste was even better than we imagined. The breadsticks were perfectly seasoned, garlicky, and soft, the combo pizza was loaded with fresh toppings, and the Cup N’ Char pepperoni had that crispy, flavorful edge that makes even more delicious. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The flavor and quality alone make this restaurant worth every cent, but when you add the outstanding customer service we received, it’s clear they truly care about their customers. This experience turned what could have been a frustrating situation into one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From now on, Danny Mac’s will be our go-to spot for pizza. “I placed an online order that was sent to door dash to deliver. When I got my order the dasher took a BITE of my boyfriend’s personal pan pizza, took my daughter’s pepperoni pizza, and my extra garlic bread. Here is the kicker I TIPPED 15% when I checked out, SO I’M INSTANTLY IRRITATED!! I called Derby City ofc they didn’t answer because it’s a busy Friday night. When I got there and told them what happened and showed them the food I received, the manager immediately called Door Dash and got the driver banned from delivering at any of their stores. At 9:54PM right as they were preparing to close they made my entire order over and gave us FREE brownies & drinks. The manager took it a step further and refunded my money on her own. “Tonight was our first time at 80/20 Kaelin's and we'll definitely come back. I had the fried chicken and brussel sprouts. Both were excellent but especially the brussel sprouts. Our waiter was phenomenal. I didn't get his name but he was a red haired gentleman. Not only did he make sure we always had what we needed but he kept us laughing. From his favorite football team, to getting cut off by a Packers fan, to what he does (other than being a waiter) for a living. The laughs didn't stop!! That, to me, is priceless. “Best Parlour in Louisville. This is the one to come to. AVOID Parlour in NuLu (please see my review for that one). My friend and I come here specifically because of better customer service and Lizzy being a manager here. We were glad to know she came here and left NuLu location.

Food always comes out a decent time, customer service is top notch and is a welcoming environment. We never had a bad experience at this location and the staff is much more friendly and prompt. Anytime we see Lizzy here she always comes by our table and asks how we are and how the food is. We absolutely love her and this location. We will be back again and again.“

“If you ask to remove anything from your order, expect to get it anyways from this location. I requested to not have the jalapeno sauce or granola included and not only do they lut it in anyways, they doubled it this last time! 😂

If you need utensils with your meal, chances are you either wont get them (usually my experience) or you'll get the wrong kind. I got a spoon instead of a fork this time. 😂
