This is my favorite Starbucks!
30 minutes for a mobile order. Ludicrous.
I am not one to go out of my way to write a review but this is just beyond terrible customer service! Standing here and ordered my drink about 10 minutes ago, watched the barista Ethan chat with his friend across the counter while making one drink in that entire time. He then picks up my cup to start it and sets it back down to now make his friend a special drink (who did not pay) as she walks him through the concoction.
