HAVING BEEN A SUBSCRIBER FOR SOME TIME, I’VE JUST RECENTLY HAD TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A “GLITCH” AND THAT IT WOULD BE LOOKED INTO AND CORRECTED. TWO CYCLES LATER I STILL KEPT GETTING SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER. PROMISE AFTER PROMISE “ASSURED” ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.
