The Exchange Pub + Kitchen

We always have a wonderful night at The Exchange. We have been blessed the past 2 times to get Ty as our server. She is the sweetest, kindest, most perfect server!! She made our trip more perfect. The food was great. Not too crowded on a Monday.

We love the ambience. The burger did not have much taste and the fries were not warm. It seemed that they had been sitting for a while. The salad, fried goat cheese, and drinks were so good! It won't keep us away but hopefully they'll do better next time.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The look, the service and the food. This was our first time there and very impressed. Will surely return!!!!!

Shay was very helpful with helping me figure out what I could eat with my restrictions. Happy to say I had a good steak, and no stomach problems after dinner. Husband got a delicious meal. Overall good experience

Always love eating here. The staff is always friendly from the reception at the door to our server at the table. Emily was truly wonderful and made us feel at home at our table. We sat in the main dining area this time and it was pretty quiet for a Thursday night so it was easy to converse. I have sat at the high tops in the bar and in the garage area before and both are very nice and cozy. When the weather is nice, outside seating is also always good.

Great restaurant to go when in New Albany. Julia, the server, was great and provided recommendations for drinks and food items based on your interest. The ambiance is nice and food was delicious. They have the best tartar sauce for your fish and chips!

The Exchange was PERFECT! Sara was our waitress and she did an excellent job. Jesse was the manager and checked on our table multiple times throughout the night. Justin miller was playing and was amazing, played a variety of really good music. We had a wonderful evening and can't wait to go back.

Took another couple from Louisville out for Dinner they hadn't been there before was pleased and of course like we usually are full , and took let overs home .waitress I think Zoe was outstanding. Love the appetizer skillet cornbread with sorghum butter very tasty.

Went to The Exchange to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was outstanding! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We received a card signed by the staff and a complimentary dessert. The atmosphere was very cool; upscale, but with rustic flair. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

Seating outside was very nice but the booths are very uncomfortable - the cushions move when you're trying to get in.

Our server was wonderful-wish I could remember her name! She gave fabulous recommendations. I would definitely come back again!

We met another couple to have dinner and get to catch up. There was live music and it became so loud at times it was very difficult to hear each other. The food was delicious and our service from Cindy was great otherwise.

If you have never been, parking is available in front of and behind the restaurant. The host was friendly and easy to talk to. Sara was my server, and she was wonderful. She made great recommendations and kept my drinks full. I had arugula salad with shrimp added. It was so good that the lavender dressing, strawberries, and wild raspberries were amazing. Be back

I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great vibe and delicious food. And even though the restaurant was PACKED we had excellent service with food that came out super fast.
