So we went to Arby’s in New Castle for dinner last night. I have never been treated so badly after going back inside after ordering in the drive thru asking why my Large Drink was the same size as the medium. I asked for a large or the difference back in price. The “shift supervisor” grabbed my drink, refunded me $3.00 and then threw my money back at me. 3/16/23 Store 1901- Stopped at Arby’s and there was no response, then called and spoke to a make that said they weren’t ready and wouldn’t be for another hour. Keep in mind they are supposed to be open at 10:00am and we’re we’re there at 10:20. No way was I waiting an hour! Do better! The employees opening the store should be responsible enough to get there on time.
