Dunkin' is a great place to go. The people who work there are nice and smiling. The food is great, including the coffee and the new wrap. Some customers have had issues with being told they are out of items, like croissants, after ordering. However, the staff is generally polite and friendly, making Dunkin' a welcoming place to visit.
