manger is joke. and rude .wanted to complain about my family of 5 coming in to eat @9 after a track meet. one of the workers apologized for the manger. we left for how rude he was.
Drove through Steak n Shake around 1 pm today. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it was perfect!! Have been in New Castle for around 4 years now. Moved from Indy. Until today this Steak n Shake has disappointed every visit. Whatever you are doing please keep it up! What a treat to be served a hot crispy edged steak & Shake. Thanks for the good sandwich & great service. We will return🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
