Where'd the waitresses and large selection of burgers and shakes go? They used to have waitresses and such good atmosphere and a much larger menu. It's not what it used to be.

Steak and shake is usually good wherever. This has been the most disgusting burger I’ve ever eaten let alone steak and shake location. No garlic on the garlic burger and no cheese! It was as if the people running the place brought in this mornings road kill and decided to serve it to me on a bun! Disgusting. Also no salt on my fries.

Update**** came again tonight and Food and employees were AMAZING!! Food and shakes are amazing! The employees mostly are amazing but I have had a couple instances where I couldn't get any help. Once the door was locked, couldn't get no help thru the drive thru. All the lights were on, the open sign was lit up and an employee was inside walking around but no help. Had to cancel the online order and just leave. There was another customer there too and he experienced the same issue. Then on several other occasions they were highly understaffed and a couple other times we couldn't get any help cause they were all outside smoking at the same time and had to wait 10 mins before they seen us. Shake was half melted by time we got our online order handed to us. When they are fully staffed and not all on break at the same time the place has been amazing but so far out of about 10 visits I've gotten 4 with good service.
Not too busy and clean. Food was pretty awesome. I would like someone to check the bathrooms more there was no soap in the soap dispenser but was able to 'sanitize' my hands.

Chili was not hot,warm at best. Soda machine had a problem. When I go out to eat, I want to be waited on, here I had to do everything for myself.
Door says dining room is open til midnight. Doors were locked at our arrival at 9:35pm. An employee inside points towards the drive through. Do not recommend.

I like to get their Frisco Melt meal with onion rings and a Reese’s cup shake . The food is always hot and the shakes are always amazing!
Food is hit or miss. It’s either really good or just meh. Service is slow as heck most of the time. Don’t eat in there hardly ever. People In drive through are ok.

Being the fact they ask for a tip on self serve is disgusting…and now you have to scan to get your drinks from the fountain machine now…to much control. Not to long before they go out of business for this
