Came in with my crew, one ordered out in the lot via the app, the rest came in and ordered on the Kiosk. 3 was able to get orders done. The rest was told that they could not place any order, and that the order done ahead of time by app was cancelled. Leaving two w/o food. McDonald employees said it was an emergency, and would not take the other two orders. Not much customer service at this time, how much more time would it have taken the other two orders since we had to wait for...

The food is usually not bad and we usually have a good experience we've just constantly had to deal with one of the managers there named Carrol who constantly gives attitude towards customers and is just not a nice person she will raise her voice and she will give dirty looks and a horrible attitude no matter the circumstances. You can order a drink and she will give you attitude you could need help with something and she will give you attitude I've been given an attitude...

Like everything in the New Haven area this place has went downhill. I was working a late shift and wanted to get a bite before work.. I pulled in it had to the entire shift was in the parking lot with several cars getting high. They actually answered the drive thru with their headset coughing after taking a hit. I guess I shouldn't complain because even though my order was wrong I got two extra bags of someone else's food... Maybe next time I pull in the parking lot...
