“Perfected pub! New Haven can rest proud and party hard, quietly, this place peaks a top a countless selection of ale houses, bars, and the like I've sampled between Philadelphia and San Francisco! It's quaint, rustic, and smartly priced. Beyond all the classic atmosphere, fantastic menu, tasty poutine we ate too fast, and wow, what a draft selection, huge! So many amazing and curious options, low and behold, the Old Rasputin of lore! Even if you cannot handle the bitter and black, this is one of the most incredible brews I've ever had. Was thrilled my buddy got to try it, need to find that in bottles!

“Top 5 best wings I've ever eaten in my life! Love this place! Biggest hidden gem in New Haven ever! Nettie has always been kind, nice, helpful, and an awesome lady in general. The wings are hot, fresh & crispy with many different delicious sauces. The fries and other menu items are delicious. Alcohol prices are also great. This place is so brave for offering the Tuesday wing special, and I know hundreds of people who are grateful for that! Great place with great conversations! “Located on the outskirts of New Haven here is this huge hidden gem! Where you can eat and play. Gambling is easy and never overcrowded. The food is delicious with huge portions! Our waitress Chasity was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and on time with the drinks and food! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.“

“I was in town to see a friend as part of my quest to see all 50 states. I am glad this was the recommendation because I tried the local pork tenderloin sandwich with a side of really great coleslaw and had a really great chat with my friend. I managed to park in the back, but it seemed like parking could be a little bit difficult in the area. We also decided to head out when trivia night was starting as it was getting a bit loud and crowded. However, we could have enjoyed the patio!“

Had BBQ Chicken flatbread which was well executed; sauce a bit more on the sweet side, less smoky or spicy.
Karaoke Friday was fun, some good signers, might suggest:
Backing track/main volume turned up a bit too high, drowned out vocals for too many songs.
A friend I was with said the reverb on the vocal microphone was turned up too high.
Overall lots of fun, but a few tweaks to sound settings might make it even better.“
