Would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone! We had a huge last day of school party, where I had ordered 12 pizzas at Papa John’s. Three hours before the pizza is set to be delivered, Papa John’s calls saying their ovens were down. Called this Pizza Hut, and they were so helpful, said no problem, we will get your 12 pizzas done and we will give you a better price! I am so impressed, and y’all saved mine and the kiddos day! Pizzas tasted amazing, nothing went to waste!
Awful 1st experience. Scheduled pick-up for 5:30. I was told at 5:40 my pizza’s were in the oven. I called at 5:50 to see how much longer. I must have got a guy in the back because the young guy & girl in the front didn’t answer. I was told with an annoyed tone that “they were short staffed & are a ‘little behind’. 20+ mins is not a little behind. 6:06 the younger guy brought my order out.
