Indeed it was, the entire place reminded me of diners back home in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The breakfast was amazing , I had the grilled pork chops and eggs, my wife had the Capri Scrambler. The portions of food are HUGE! Let me tell you , we will be back, can’t wait to try the dinner menu!!! I highly recommend. I’m a little less homesick…..“

“Recently moved to the area and have had Hometown Classic twice now. Both times have been amazing; the pizza and breadsticks perfect, ordering is easy, and delivery right on time. Instant repeat customers and we plan to eat in soon to check out the decor and arcade. So glad we found this place!“

“Came here this afternoon and our server, Justin, and the other boys working did an amazing job. They were very attentive, constantly bussed the table so it was clean, and just overall so sweet and friendly. The food was cooked well and it was just overall a pleasant experience. “so ill try to be as honest as possible here
its difficult to rate the food, they are decent food, definitely not consistent though, sometimes its fire sometimes its just alright.
some reviews say it had a lot of breading and sometimes that is the case but sometiems not so much
all in all, they compensate for this by sheer volume you definitely get alot of food for the price especially in todays economy. maybe the quality of the food depends on their delivery days or prep days etc

the crab ragoon hits every time though idk waht people talking about soggy. theyre fire and they give a generous amount every time.

I still give it 4 stars, and if they ever went away I would definitely be sad.

the service is hard to say as well. I asked questions sometimes im not sure what the item is, and they struggle to explain it to me it seems. all in all though this isnt a major turnoff. I order take out usually because the atmosphere is kind of small. no problem though. I do wish they put chop sticks in the bag though sometimes I get home and realize I forgot to grab it“

“This place is the real deal for Korean BBQ. Charcoal fire, good cuts of meat, and absolutely outstanding banchan. Everything feels generous, flavorful, and cared for in a way that makes the meal feel special.

It is not just a casual “grab dinner” spot for me. This is where I go when I want to celebrate something. The food, the atmosphere, and the whole experience make it feel worth the occasion.

If you love proper KBBQ, this is one of those places that reminds you why it is so much fun in the first place.“

“Great food and pretty atmosphere. My only suggestion is that with the very dim lighting, that you get new menus printed. The dark menus in the dim/dark atmosphere are very hard to read, and we have to often use the flashlight on our phones.“

Can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of. Drinks always filled, used dishes removed quickly and she checked on us constantly. We usually visit here once a week. Don't let your inability to speak Spanish hinder you from checking this place out. “I just want to thank Jessie who helped me a few days back. I’m a Hoosier born and raised 35yrs, but I have moved to NC about 14 years ago. So there is a group of Hoosiers here in NC and when one of us visits Indiana, you have to bring back Pizza King!!!! Jessica was great and helping. I ordered an assortment of 12 pizzas, all 1/2 baked. Brought the pizzas back home distributed them and everyone said they were delicious and amazing. Jessie she was so sweet and kind. Thank you, Jessie. So Tuesday, everyone here in NC was eating Pizza King and we were all loving it and savor in it because we don’t know when we’ll get Pizza King again. Yes, I understand you can have them shipped, but not when the shipping and delivery is more than what you pay for the pizzas. I wish it was different because we’d order all the time.“
