I moved back to SoIN this summer after living in SoCAL the last 40 years. I had a wonderful favorite family run Mexican restaurant I had gone to for 38 of those 40 years. It's been hard to find a good Mexican restaurant here in the Evansville/Newburgh area. My neighbors recommended La Catrina so I gave them a try. While not quite as good as my spot in LA, the food is very good, the service is great, and they have my favorite Tequila, Don Julio 1942. It is a nice family run spot...read full review
