“We were driving through the area around lunchtime on a Saturday, looking for a good spot to grab a bite, and decided to check out the LongHorn Steakhouse near Hamilton Town Center. It’s right in that strip of spots near the hotels. We hadn't been to this specific location before, but the parking lot was surprisingly empty for a Saturday afternoon, so we pulled right in, grabbed a prime spot, and headed inside.
The hostess greeted us right away and hooked us up with a booth. Service overall was spot-on. Our server was friendly, efficient, and came by to check on us the right amount of times without hovering.
Food came out of the kitchen fast. Best of all, both steaks were cooked exactly how we asked. My wife ordered the ribeye, and it had a killer char on the outside that brought out a ton of flavor. I went with the 6 oz filet—it was cooked perfectly, though it didn't have that same awesome char hers had. Entrees come with one side included, which worked out just fine.
Place was clean, well-run, and totally hassle-free. Good food, quick service, zero complaints.“

“The food was excellent. The service was horrible. We had many different wait staff come to our table and things were getting mixed up. Our bill was not correct and the waitress at the end acted as if it was the worst thing in the world to go correct it.“

“We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration for our 19 year old grandson and granddaughter. First of all, it was raining and we were pleasantly surprised they had complimentary valet service. The restaurant decor was beautiful and it added to the celebration. The choices of sides to go with the steak we ordered were very good and serving a complimentary salad with the steak was appreciated. Our server Matthew and the assistant Michele were exceptional and made the celebration very special. We will go here again.“

“We love to try new places & tonight was a FANTASTIC MEAL! We were celebrating a birthday. Wonderful parking in crazy tight Carmel, IN. The atmosphere rich, but not intimidating. The seating tables are nicely spaced out. Not over crowded. Our server Oloft ( forgot how to spell his name ) was SPECTACULAR! The menu is very well laid out and the portions are not disappointing! The staff is very friendly and quick to serve & pre bus the table. Our drinks were delicious AND the dessert drinks you have to try! ALL, the food was fresh and just simply delicious. We will visit here again and not just for special occasions! Thank you for a memorable dining experience! Definitely better than Prime 47, better than H! We still love Nylas in Westfield and the Salt in Carmel. Parking was definitely better at Anthony's! See you again soon!“

“I ordered the pulled pork dinner. $14.99 Pretty disappointed in the meat, the worst of this selection I've ever had. Lots of fat, it's usually served in bite sized pieces, easy to eat. This was not cut up at all, several large tuff pieces. I will take Carmel TRH off my list.“

“I pick the wild west shrimp and I wouldn't do it again, it was a too spicy for me. The more I chewed the hotter it got.
My corn on the cob was another bad choice for me. The other in my group loved it but it was a little salty to me
and I like spices and flavored food 😋I know what not to get next time.“
