Stopped in on a Saturday (Fort Wayne location) and it had steady traffic when we were there but didn't feel rushed. The employees and the owner were so kind and helpful. We decided on a dozen of the minis, opting out of the cherry ones and got 2 extra of the tiramisu ones. The donuts were so fresh and not overly sweet which was great but also bad because I wanted to eat all 12 at once 😅. My husband and I decided we needed to try the ice cream too( of course). 100% recommend this place! I had a horrible experience at a different restaurant that served ice cream and I asked my husband to take me to chillz and he did and I talked to the owner about what had happened at this other restaurant and he apologized even though it was not his fault for what happened. He was so nice to talk to and gave an excellent recommendation on which ice cream and the one I chose was amazing! 10/10 best ice cream and such a sweet owner who clearly cares about...read full review
Donuts AND ice cream!! What an amazing combination! The hardworking staff members were friendly and courteous to everyone even when the line stretched out the door!
