This food has always been “just barely ok”, but their customer service is terrible. Unfriendly staff. I have never left a review for anything in my life, but I figured I’d save yall from a terrible experience and an overpriced meal.
Food is exceptional! However, the service is not. My family and I waited an hour and a half for our food and never received it. After an hour, my mom did ask for her side salad and received one several minutes later. It was not up to the normal food quality and had plastic in it. After another 30 minutes, we still had not received our order, so we left (leaving money for the side salad and drinks).
