I gave an overall 3 star as though it's not bad, but the food tasted a bit off. Wasn't sure if the food was getting old or the fryer oil needed changed out, but other than that, service and the atmosphere were pretty good!
I dont know whats going on with the bread distribution in this city, but most fast food places seem to have an issue with their bread/buns. In general, the place is clean, and the staff professional, and the food is good..EXCEPT for the buns, they taste stale. I'd go much more often if it were improved, bc BK is one of the better FF places.

The food is great but the intercom is fuzzy today and they charged me for a coke I didn't want. I told them and I didn't get refunded. I asked for fried instead of a cole but I understand the confusion with the intercom speaker. Barbacue sauce was also forgot after asking for it in the window. I had to pay separately for my fries and figured I'd get them with no charge since they were cheaper than the coke. Nope. Charged for everything and I didn't even get the coke in the end....read full review
