I have the boxes, receipts, every single bit of information to look up my order and prove the issue I had. The manager said they can’t locate my order at all In their system. But customer service could quickly and easily find my order when I contacted them. With my order name, address, phone number, the order number, the time of my order, the actual receipt the manager couldn’t find my order to help me.
