Barista was insanely rude. She very clearly didn’t hear me when I said what I ordered. I’ve gotten the same thing for 5 years. I told her this isn’t correct when she handed it to me and she said well it has to be because that’s what you ordered and made it a big deal to make it correctly.

Endured long lines to place and receive my order, accompanied by less-than-friendly customer service. Despite the wait, the redeeming factor was a satisfying drink. Improvement in service efficiency and friendliness would make this experience much more enjoyable.
