Staff is unpleasant, food is cold. After waiting at the window for over 10 minutes. For 4 hit ham and cheese sandwiches and fries, all of which were cold. This is the second time at this establishment. Same staff, still rude service. Waiting for 3 hot ham and cheese sandwiches. There was no other customers. Long wait, 2 of the sandwiches were hot. One sandwich was warm, ice cold in the middle. I don't think I'll be frequenting this establishment anytime in the near future.

Gertrude was super nice and helpful at the speakers and the window. She was polite and smiled and had my drinks waiting. She told me to have a good day before I drove off. Very nice experience today!!

I like this location,great food choices and quality of food.
However, the last three times I have been in, they are kind and helpful when they get free to help. Very short on help. Extremely slow order taking. It seems one person is doing too many different assignments. Counter order taking seems to be taken only after the drive through orders are taken, filled and collected.
