GOT AN ONLINE ORDER THE OTHER DAY THEY MADE IT WRONG TWICE ND WHEN I TRIED TO REDEEM THAT SAID ORDER TODAY I WAS TOLD I AGREED TO GETTING SOMETHING TOTALY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE? REALLY? I ODERED A BACON DOUBLE CHEECE AND A BACON CHEESE BURGER, I GOT A HAMBERGER THE FIRST TIME, THEN A CHEESE BURGER AND A WHOPPER THE SECOND TIME ALL THE WHILE I WANTED NO PICKLE OR ANY OTHER VEGGIE AND GOT THEM LOADED WITH PICKLE LETTUCE AND TOMATOES. BUT THATS WHAT I APPARENTLY AGREED TOO.

The interior lobby has been renovated and it’s clean and fresh. Coke Zero is a drink option that’s appreciated by my family. The only negative is that ketchup is only available in the single serve packets.
On this particular evening, they were training two new girls, and left them alone to handle drive-thru traffic as well as the dining room. I literally sat at the window for 7 minutes before seeing the manager and the cooks come in from what appeared to be a break. When my bags were given to me, they were incomplete. I had to drive around so I could park and go inside. When I went inside, you can look in the back and see the cooks and what's going on back there. They were back there screwing around and it was a very disappointing visit at a fast food place. I get it it's fast food, but the idea behind fast food is just that, fast. I'm willing to give some grace and assume that maybe it was just a bad night. For the rating, though, food only gets a 3 and the atmosphere and service get 0.

Me and my boys were the only ones inside I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while the girls working looked at me 3 times one even walked past me twice and never said a word to me then as I’m standing there I watch the cook take fries and dunk them in the sauce tubs where they get the sauce for the sandwiches and then eat them . I finally said do I need to prefer through the drive through to get service and all she said was sorry and still did not ask to take my order so we left .
