“Just ordered food for pick up, the girl passed the phone off to the manager to take my order because she didn't know how to apparently. Missing 3 things after spending 50 dollars on food that was old along with old chips for the nachos that just had some pork thrown on it. I called and asked if we could get the rest of our order of the same girl passed me off then they magically said they were closed. The girl got back on the phone and gave the managers number and after the second time calling him he answered and said "uh we aren't closed" come by Monday when the owner is there, or do you have her number, when i said no he said look it up on facebook her name is Tara. Never again will I waste money here! Update I contacted the owner and was issued a refund.“

“Brent and crew are the absolute BEST! I have a 14yr old with (very recently diagnosed) Celiac Disease and we’ve been looking for local dining with gluten free options. We stopped in and talked with Brent on 07/28, and had a light lunch with my daughter having one of the few options available for her at the time. (All delicious, BTW.) The owner took the time to sit down with us and talk about her condition and restrictions…and basically said “Alright…BET.” when we were finished talking. Fast forward to 07/31, and he’s messaged to tell me that he’s procured gluten free pizza crusts and dedicated gluten-free cookware, etc for our next visit. Is that not incredible customer service?! Don’t sleep on The Vault! We’ll be back this week, for sure!“
