Plainfield’s 3rd grade all-star football team celebrated the end of the season in downtown Plainfield. Al’s donuts opened up their shop to our loud and busy team and offered them all delicious donuts on the house!! Just the best way to connect to their hometown! We visited Al’s in search of donuts for my son’s birthday. I mentioned that I planned to stack them to create a cake, and the staff kindly informed me that they also make donut numbers. Since a new batch was about to be prepared, they offered to create number-shaped donuts, ready within a few hours. They turned out beautifully and tasted just as amazing as they looked. It lives up to the hype, I have heard about Al's Donuts for a while and never been able to make it over there until today. My family and I tried an assortment of different donuts and they all were light, fluffy, and fresh! We were really impressed and will absolutely be back!
