I was there with a large group gathering. In an area removed from the main dining and bar area. We were provided a wide variety of appetizers in a self serve type of environment. Food was good, good presentation, pleasant and attentive staff.

We had a great experience on Saturday night at Bru Burger! We had a wonderful server who was very attentive. She explained that she wasn't 21 yet and didn't have any recommendations for alcoholic beverages, but she was able to tell us which ones were most popular and we were impressed with them. Was a little overpriced, but the food, drinks, and service make up for it!

One star reduction for being a little overpriced. However service and quality almost make it worth it. If you want a good burger you can get it here but you pay for what you get!

Server was awesome. Manager needs to understand when there is a football game on tv people are going to cheer for their team. Especially when we were a group of 18.

We absolutely loved our service from waitress at the bar bru burger today. Big hugs. We loved the hostess. She greeted us with a smile 😁. She was very kind, it was our first time going. She asked us if we loved cheese and gave us our recommendation. Both me and my husband had The beginning burger well done. My husband ordered his side chilli cheese fries and I ordered my side with onion rings. Our waitress brought out our food hot and fresh. The chef did it perfectly. We were impressed with our service and the restaurant itself. It was a great atmosphere, we were happy and full. We absolutely loved everything. Including our waitress, she deserves 5+stars ask for Erin.. we really recommend her. She knows the restaurant and the menu and also desserts. The place is absolutely clean and amazing. We're impressed and is our favorite place for sure and we're definitely coming back. They treat you like family. It's definitely all American food. Very delicious.

With a beef allergy, if I get hungry for a burger I type bison into Google maps. This time Bru Burger was the closest and did not disappoint. The burger was flavorful and the onion rings were crunchy. Plus the onion in the ring wasn't too thick so it didn't try to slide out of the breading when I took a bite. Great first experience at this chain. Glad to know there are a few around and one even closer to our house.

Very quick service. The burgers are awesome. The only disappointment was that our waitress didn't have any recommendations since she hadn't tried most of the dishes. I'm probably being overly critical about that.

Fries weren't nearly as good as other Bru Burger's that we've been to. Hamburgers we're also smaller at this location. Server was grumpy. We won't be back to this location.

Drink menu needs more variety! Burgers and onion rings are lovely! The only thing I would change is, I would allow the bartender freedom to put a spin and personality with the drinks!. House ketchup is something to remember, in a good way. Every employee were extremely pleasant to interact with. Special sauce could be better. Overall, great experience!

Waitress told me if I had a good time a review helped. I came with my Sister. I ordered Lobster Tortalini. It has no lobster I think. Margarita Pizza. I do not like bread. Sometimes when I have Pepsis I like to have no ice. Waitress did not know that. Her hair was blue 👍 Manger was nice but too young. I Will not come back. Not sure about Deborah
