Ordered Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread that cost $8.39 was suppose to be full order it was half. Order large Founders Favorite thin with extra cheese. Hardley any toppings and did not appear to have extra cheese. When door dash brought my order the bread not included driver had to return to donatos to get it then no credit was given and bread was cold. Very disappointed. Door Dash was very kind.

We ate in the restaurant this evening. The cashier who took our order was kind and polite and helped us pick the best items for our family. Really great customer service! We had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was really good! The toppings went to the edges, the crust was pretty crispy. A good amount of toppings as well. The Italian chef salad was packed with toppings was good for 3 adults as a side with pizza. The Asiago cheese bread with garlic was AMAZING! I highly recommend it! We will be back!

Pizza was great! The guy who took my order over the phone was great! The girl at the counter when we came in to get the pizza, horrible! Unfriendly, snapped at me, let my pizza sit on the counter when done, I had to go ask for it. She will hurt your business unless she gets better!

10-23-2023 Ordered food at 12:06 pm to order a salad and a drink I was told 30-40 minutes at 1:30 I get a message from the dasher that my food will arrive at 2pm way past the time I was given. I'm then told by the dasher who I can barely understand that they don't have the drink. Now I'm really mad as the person who took the order didn't tell me they didn't have it but let me order it anyways.I told the dasher I don't want it as I'm now way past the time I was told so I told him I don't want it tell them I want my money back he says its not his issue.I call the manager and she tells me the system doesn't update that they don't have the drink and that the dasher was "just doing his job to find a replacement" she gets irritated after I say I want my money back asked for my name and hangs ups on me.Horrible service door dash is a plague which they use even if you dont order through door dash and customer service which used to be great at this location has plungedI worked for Papa Johns for 4 years we never sold anything that we didn't have in stock and if a online order came for something we didn't have we immediately would contact them to let them know and find a replacement if that was ok with them. Not wait for the delivery guy to do it after the fact.

This Donatos has the best food and best service of all of the ones I've been to. Crystal is really nice everytime I come in or call. It's always a pleasure. You just don't get Customer service like that anymore. It is much appreciated.

If you’re going to be open you should be able to take a to go order! It’s not like I’m going in to sit down and need a server. If it’s over 30 min from closing, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a pizza place to be able to fulfill an order!

You just never know what you are going to get. One time it is the best pizza you’ll ever eat and the next time the sauce is the worst thing you have ever tasted. I can’t figure out why the sauce is so different. I get just a plain cheese pizza. You can’t even eat a piece of it.

Posting this here so I don't hurt my wife's feelings. She ordered a Hawaiian pizza while I was laying down after work. Normally Hawaiian is my favorite style, but this - and I really wish she would have woke me up to tell me that Chinese was a no go - is just junk. You can't even taste the pizza, just cinnamon. That's all it is. She got a thin crust, and the crust isn't even crisp. The cheesebread isn't anything better, just bread with cheese melted on top. No garlic flavor or anything else, just melted cheese. I'd say this experience was the worst, but Donatos is near the bottom of what I'd eat anyway. I don't know why she continues to believe it's good, these experiences are why I stick to the cheap domino's pizza or frozen pizza from a store. It's just not worth it. I wish I could say I was a food snob, and maybe I'm just crabby because of long hours at work for the past few weeks and little sleep. But what a waste of my time, let alone money. I ate three pieces of this cinnamon hot garbage and I'm done trying. Like I said, I'm just putting this here because for some reason my wife really prefers Donatos. Maybe the MS has got to her taste buds.
